We send packages via Australian Post or via couriers. If delivery by registered mail is required by customers, additional delivery charges may apply.
Freight is charged on a sliding scale:
Please note that larger orders or orders where the size, weight , or location would dictate that the cost of postage would vary, may incure extra freight charges. This would be discussed with you prior to despatch.
We will only refund or credit you if the product is damaged upon arrival (DOA). We suggest you to make your decision carefully because all stock on this cart is ordered in especially for you and we cannot provide a refund if you have simply "changed your mind".
Some orders may take a day or two longer than stated. This is because a product you have ordered may not be in our warehouse. We may not have some items in stock at the time of order and may have to pick them up from our distributors. This way we can provide you with an up-to-the-minute market price for the product.
If an item is "out of stock" or "Indent" and is not able to be delivered with 21 days you will be notified. You can if you choose cancel the order under these circumstances.
